House of ShiVisha – Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of ShiVisha. We take great care in inspecting our fabrics and products before dispatch. Due to the nature of textiles and fabric items, the following policy applies to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Our goal is to be fair while maintaining quality standards for all customers.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement before the order has been processed and shipped. If cancelled in this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Return or Exchange Eligibility
Because fabric items are custom in length and often cut to order, most purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped.
However, in rare circumstances where:
- the product is damaged,
- or wrong item/specification was shipped,
you may request a return or exchange.
To initiate a request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔ Order number
✔ Clear photos of the issue
✔ Description of the problem

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
A return or exchange will only be accepted if:
📍 The product is unused, unwashed, uncut, unstitched, and in the original condition it was delivered.
📍 All tags and packaging (if applicable) are intact.
📍 You provide sufficient photographic evidence of damage or error.
If these conditions are not met, the return request may be declined.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
- We will notify you of confirmation.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the return was due to a mistake on our part.
5. Return Shipping Charges
For approved returns:
✔ If the product is defective or wrongly shipped —
we will arrange return logistics or reimburse eligible return charges.
✔ If the return is due to your preference (e.g., you changed your mind) and is accepted —
return shipping will be at your cost and no pickup will be provided.
6. Exchange Requests
Exchange requests are subject to availability of the replacement item.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or a store credit of equal value.
7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For bulk and boutique purchase orders:
❗ All sales are final once confirmed and shipped.
Bulk orders are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges except in cases of verified damage.
